The 2023 Multisport National Championships Festival was the second annual edition of the newly-formatted event. The Festival featured 12 races over 5 days, including several new or improved events and attracted over 3,500 total participants. This concept of consolidating multiple races into one larger event was created to generate efficiencies like less overhead operating costs, less travel for staff and athletes, more opportunity for athletes to race different disciplines, and generate a larger economic impact to the host community. The 2023 event saw a 20% increase in participation from 2022 and most existing disciplines saw 10% or more higher participation than when hosted individually in 2021 or before.
