The first ever Professsional Triathletes Organisation (PTO) US Open took place September 17 and 18, 2022 at Levy Event Plaza Irving, Texas. The event featured the 40 best male and female triathletes in the world as they competed for a $1,000,000 prize purse. Over 700 athletes competed in the age group race.
